I am building a new computer. I have all the components with the exception of the ram. I have a 939 3200+ and an ASUS AV8 deluxe. My budget for memory is about $150. Anything over $180 is stretching it far, but I might be able to pull it off if I really need to. What I am looking for is some good ram that I can get a decent overclock out of. Is there anything in my price range that would fit the bill? I was looking at PDP SYSTEMS Memory Dual Channel Kit 184-Pin 1GB (512MBx2) DDR PC-3200, Model PDC1G3200LLK at Newegg for $147. Seems to have good timings and if the reviews are correct, some have TCCD and some are infineon. Is there a way to make sure I get the TCCDs? Are the TCCDs really that much better? Is there another brand/model I should look at? Thanks guys!

I have that RAM, I can get DDR580 out of it, probably more but my AMD64 has a crappy memory controller.

I did get DDR520 at stock timings @ 2.7V too.
