The only cert on that list that is readily worthwhile is the CCNA.
The MCTS is useful... but it really depends on what you get certified in.
The MCITP is a joke. Most people who attain this cert work for consultants and get the brain dumps directly from Microsoft with the exact question and exact answer. Once they memorize it, take each test and pass with flying colors.
The problem with certs today is there are too many, it has become a money market, and you don't have to know how to do the stuff in order to pass.
CCNA is going more of the virtual lab route which is why I say it is the only one really worth anything. Microsoft may eventually go that route but the configuration and understanding of Microsoft products are not as linear as Cisco's syntax and configuration options.
