My OLD Dokorder 7140's capstan motor seized up many years ago. Also, the drive belt broke. Can you offer any advice, manuals, parts, etc to get this thing going again? I have loads of old stuff to put on cd! Thx.

I have one. If you want i´ll sell it for you.... for parts. Some parts are broken but Motor, Belts and Heads are in very good condition. I also hava a Cd with manuals.

I might be interested in buying your 7140 for parts if the price is right. I'm mostly interested in the capstan motor and belt. I've been without it for enough years that I don't want to spend much to resurrect it temporarily. Let me know your terms and we'll talk. The name's Dan by the way.

I am still looking for Dokorder 7140 parts. Specifically the capstan drive motor and belt.
