I'm no audiophile, I just want something reliable for music/games mainly. My biggest goal is just to not have any problems w/ anything breaking on me as I've had terrible luck w/ speakers/headphones in the past. Also I'd like some way to plug my headphones into the speakers (remote or speaker directly).

My price range is pretty much $15-$100. I've had my eye on the Logitech Z-2300 but I'm really paranoid I'll shell out the money for them and have them break down on me within the year.

Suggestions?

I have harrmann kardon soundsticks 2...... The sound quality is amazing but not as loud as the z2300...

The sound quality of the soundsticks is much better than the z2300 at high volumes.....
