q-tec webcam "093A-2460" on vista

hello, i have a q-tec usb webcam that says
Device Description Pixart Imaging Inc. CIF Single Chip
Device ID 093A-2460
on everest and i cant find any drivers for vista anywhere.
vista doesnt recognize it at all.
also i went to www.pixart.com.tw and www.qtec.info and there doesnt seem to be anything about webcams there except for the picture on qtec homepage of a webcam that looks exactly like mine.
so does anybody know of a driver for vista out there for this cam or is there any other way to make it work?
and yes i tried buying a vista compatible webcam but it was crap and a waste of money. i liked this one when i used it on xp.
