I just bought a new 13" Macbook Pro and after grueling hours of figuring out all I had to do to install bootcamp drivers was open the damn folder, I got Windows working.

I am having issues though... I have put Windows 7 on the Mac with bootcamp and installed all of the bootcamp drivers via the Mac OS X install disc.

The sound is atrocious. It sounds as though it is muffled times 5 at the highest setting, and I have turned the sound all the way up.

Also, the Aero effects in 7 aren't working either. It says this is because the current video card does not support OpenGL 3D.

Please, can anyone give me some help on this?

I really need this to run Windows for school, and I have no idea what to do.

Thank you,

I have heard from numerous people that the audio in win 7 works COMPLETELY different than audio in Win xp and vista. That may be your problem there. If you really need windows for school, why did you buy a mac OR why dont you install a different version of windows? Windows xp or vista should have no problem running on bootcamp.
