Hi guys,
I was in serious consideration of getting an assembled computer, but after I saw this model (XPS 7100) on dell's website.. it forced me to reconsider my opinions.

Here are the specs:

Processor - AMD Phenom(TM) II X6 1055T (2.8GHz, 3M, 6C)

Video Card - 1GB ATI® Radeon™ HD 5870

Memory - 6GB (2x2GB/2x1GB) DDR3 SDRAM 1333MHz Memory

OS - Genuine Windows® 7 Home Premium 64bit Edition (English)

Monitor - Dell™ ST2210 21.5” Full HD Widescreen Monitor

Hard drive - 750GB SATA 3.0Gb/s Hard Drive with Native Command Queuing

Optical drive - Blu-ray Disc Combo (Reads BD and Writes to DVD/CD w/dual layer capability)

I'm getting all this at the same price of- i5 750, 1 GB 5850, 4 GB(DDR3 1333 MHz), 500 GB HDD, Asus P7P55 pro and the rest are same, but this computer will be assembled.

I will mainly be using all this for gaming(crysis 2, GTA IV, Bad company, etc.), and some light video editing, animating and multi tasking.

Here's the link to dell's website - http://configure.ap.dell.com/dellstore/config.aspx?c=in&l=en&s=dhs&cs=indhs1&kc=&oc=T240531IN8

Which one is a better option?

The i5 bests the Phenom II x6 in games, but the 5870 also beats the 5850. I would suggest going with the first build, as you also get a monitor. Also has a 5870, which you can easily OC.
