I'm testing a SP2 Roll out and one of the things my test group has mentioned
as being anoying is the quick launch toolbar comming back.

Is there a way to prevent this for users who dont use it. I know I can
prevent it globally via GPO but some people use it.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
