I'm going to be using 2 monitors. One will be my primary (a 19" LCD). The second monitor I will be using for watching TV shows off of my computer on the side. My primary concerns are price and size. The smaller and cheaper, the better. Any ideas?

How cheap? If your budget is ~$150, you can get a halfway decent 17" LCD, and if you go too much below that, you might as well be looking at a cheap TV.
