Having a problem with my video card reading my monitor wrong. I have a EVGA 8800GTS 512mb KO with updated drivers and a HP w2207 Monitor with updated drivers.

its reading it correctly in display devices

Someone has also told me that i can have an lcd monitor run in non widescreen by adding black bars. I don't see the option though maybe because its reading it wrong. Either that or because its not using a DVI cable for some reason. When i read the review some people said they got one with it and some said they didn't. Just gonna order one for like 5 bucks or whatever though.
