my pc can't open above address. i transferred pictures from my pc to my ipad 3 months ago using this address, but now i receive a message that address cannot be found. help

192.168.102 Is not a complete IP address
Try logging into your Router and clicking "Attached devices" or whatever it is and see what IP you are supposed to be using.
Also note that IP addresses can change.
