Hi,
A friend of mine has this Acer Travelmate 2410LC. In the previous two years, four HDDs has been burnt in it. Initially my friend thought it was due to excessive heat (the base got extremely hot) so he got him a Thermaltake's cooling pad. However, his recent HDD (four months old) also got dead! We have no idea what could be causing it. Please help!
