Earthing for computer

Hello, I don't have a earthing wire at my home, I think due to this reason my hard drive shows 463 errors when I checked. Now I want install a good earthing wire by myself, can you explain how can I get it and I also like to know that exactly how much voltage is good for earthing

The english term for that is "grounding", you should not need one though. The drive may have errors from just general use, the computer being shut off improperly, crashing, etc... Those could also be just file errors and not disk errors which are different.

If you think you have an issue with power where the computer is plugged into, you can get a UPS, many of those also act as decent power regulators to smooth out any voltage spikes.
