What components do I need when I purchase a large 50" HDTV--- to have PC compatibility-

I want to connect my PC to the 50" HDTV

I have a Dual DVI video card with s-video

Is there any things in the HDTV that I need specially besides a DVI -in

You don't necessarily need DVI in on the HDTV. If you have a DVI -> HDMI converter, that will work as well (provided your HDTV has HDMI in).
