I'm a big fan of ASUS, but stay away from Rampage. It's full of unnecessary gizmos including 4-way SLI that you will never use. ever. Corsair makes solid power supplies, and the AX1200 is a great one! I don't anticipate you ever drawing close to 1500 watts with your setup. As far as case goes, I'm partial to the HAF X, and it will save you money compared to the Element V. And for water cooling, this one is a bit up in the air. I got my first watercooling setup from DangerDen (GPU and CPU blocks), but you don't necessarily have to get all of the parts from one provider. I'd recommend checking out frozencpu.com for some good deals on tubes, coolant, etc. Danger Den's CPU blocks are SOLID, though
