I made some homemade speakers years ago from two oval car speakers and put them in wooden cases, indiv. volume control, etc. I used them with a home stereo receiver. Is there anyway I could use them with my PC through the audio output jack? What would I need to accomplish this? Thanks
All you have to do is hook your computer up to the inputs on the receiver. I have a similar setup and I actually use the optical input to my receiver, but you can also use either an electrical digital hookup or analog. All you need is the adapter from a stereo miniplug to whatever inputs you have on your receiver.
