Hx1000 going at 100%

cannot seem to get less than 100& load while just plain downloading and uploading stuff! this load is on the psu.gpu etc.

from your email,the motherboard you have does not support that in bios, also the bios is modded! you will need to set the jumpers on 1 and 3, they are at the lower right side above the orange sata connectors
