Help me buying Desktop

good day to you

my dad wants to get a desktop for himself,

he said referbished ones are ok,

any good deal desktop out therer? any help would be appreciated.

brand does not matter, as long as it is good to be used.

price range is somewhere b/t $200.00 ~ $350.00

I know price range is a bit too low, but he said he doesn't need super good PC

but he needs to run adobe illustrator, and photoshop.

so can you guys help me out here?

1- U can get a rig for that price for the basic stuffs.
2- For adobe products U need at least a rig with a C2D or II X2 and 4GB or RAM, with that the budget is only enough for the CPU, RAM and Mobo (maybe)
