hi, i have an lg ht304 cinema system but when i play music on it i only get sound from 2 speakers rather than the 5 i get from watching a movie. is this right?

I have the same problem. Only two speakers work from tv, and when I play dvd/cd. Although when I run the in built "test", all speakers seem to work.

Any help most appreciated.
