After many years and many requests, an official Napoleonic version of
Fire & Fury now nears publication and is available for Preorder from
dave Waxtel and Quantum Printing. Preorder cost for the first 500
copies sold is $ 25.00 plus postage, while regular cost will be $
30.00. Specific facts about the rules are:

· Fully integrated into the original Fire & Fury rules set to produce
a completely new, stand-alone product covering the French Revolutionary
and Napoleonic Wars.
· Rules clarifications and official modifications from the original
ACW rules included.
· Brigade level with each stand of figures representing 360 infantry,
180 cavalry, one artillery battery with each inch equal to 120 yards,
each turn representing 30 minutes real time - this is a BIG BATTLE
game where you command divisions, not battalions!
· Irregular forces, skirmishers, massed artillery, national doctrine
and army level command-control all covered effectively and simply.
· Some 96 pages long in addition to a two-page tables and charts
sheet. The actual rules weigh in at 55 pages, bibliography 2 pages,
scenarios 20+ pages, Commanders and Leaders Data Charts 3 pages, Unit
Data Charts 9 pages.
· Spiral bound with full color front and back cover, black and white
interior.
· Graphics, tables and charts by original Fire & Fury author Richard
Hasenauer, based on his original artwork as used in Fire & Fury and
other fine systems.

Electric Vehicle Combusts On UC Riverside Campus

Laptops get hot, but can they cause a plane to catch on fire? The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) is holding hearings on whether laptop batteries caused a UPS cargo plane to catch on fire last February. The DC-8 plane with three crew members made an emergency landing at Philadelphia International Airport after a fire broke out in the cargo hold. The fire continued to burn for four hours destroying the plane and most of the UPS packages inside. Read more
