which is the fastest scanner

There is two factors tjhat make a scanner fast:

1:
Led light. Traditional scanners had to wait to the lamp becomes hot before the scan process could start. Led lamps start emitting light imediately.

2:
Find a scanner that use a drum instead of a regular image sensor.

But a drum scanner would be pretty expensive, I guess.
