Keep losing sound on lhs speakers

Have logitech z560 speakers and audigy2 zs sound card. I keep losing sound on the left hand speakers (4.1 sysytem) and can only fix using Creative Diagnostics "reset to default". Not sure if related to kids playing PC games. Or is it a bad card? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I had issues with my old sb live 5.1 card and older games, it would always do crazy stuff like that. Those bugs might carry on to the newer cards but I wouldn't know. I don't play those old games anymore, lol.

did u try updateing all ure drivers?
creative has an automatic updater so its not that big of a hassle

probably a faulty jack, try moving it if it cuts out you need to splice a new one in.
