lcd or graphics chip. try plugging in an external monitor. hit the function + monitor key (fn + f6 or something like that). If the monitor works fine, it is your LCD - if it doesn't - probably your graphics chip.
LCD damage - it's probably bricked, ebay it.
Graphics issue - you could try reseating the heatsink/thermal on the graphics chip to see if it's a temperature issue. But chances are you'll need a new motherboard.
