Probably, but you'd have to run all your RAM at PC2100 speed. The easiest method is to put the PC2100 chip in the first RAM slot so it's the first one seen by the system.
This method usually works. Otherwise you'd be stuck going into BIOS with the PC2700 installed, forcing PC2100 speed, then adding the third chip.
