acer recovery disk has the following
1. operating system
2. drivers

any windows installation cd will set up, drivers can be downloaded from acer.com

Factory Restore:

ALT+F10
tap both while booting computer
press enter at the "edit boot options" screen
select "restore to factory defaults"
