hi guys im wondering if anyone knows how to fix this problem my windows 7 will not boot after i shut it down manually ive tried absolutely everything reverting to last good known configuration and it still will not boot ive tried the repair utility but all it does is post this

after its done and it cant repair it anyone know what else i can do? it will only boot into safe mode and even then it wont let me go online at all is sthere something manuall i can delete to fix this or do i need the cd to make it work again?
