Too many versions of windows installed

Hello,
I have installed too many versions of windows and dont know where/how to delete them. Cant use computer as C drive is full. Bought Sony PC with Windows 7 then downloaded Windows 8 didnt like it and then downloaded a trial version of Windows 7 - Help!

First backup important data,,,,

second burn the boot able win7 installation disk/image into DVD/CD...
then set in bios to boot from optical drive...
reinstall windows 7 by formatting the C: partition/drive.....

The key for win7 sticker usually can be found somewhere in the case (Sony PC) or in the manual book...
