Laptops that don't blacklist/whitelist NICs in the BIOS

Hi all,

I'm looking to purchase laptops that don't black/whitelist wireless NIC cards in their BIOS.

I've read so far that Lenovo, Toshiba, Dell and HP/Compaq do this. Any others that people know about?

I need the laptops to install various different mini-pci-e cards for WiFi testing. Anyone have suggestions for not-too-expensive laptops that don't restrict my freedom to change the wireless NIC?
