Bring SamsungT190 LCD from South korea?

Hi guys
one of my families traveled to South Korea. Because of lack of excellent 19" Samsung LCD in my country, i decided to tell him, buy a 19" Samsung LCD for me, since best Samsung products are in south korea (place of Samsung company) certainly.
In there, LCD model T190 is about 350$ (with tax).

the price is near mdoel 2253BW (22" ). other models are more expensive. so i selected that model.

But if he bought LCD from there:
I lost Guaranty services
Probablity of Dead pixels in length of travel or in carrying, or by crash,... .

With the problems do you recommend buying LCD from South Korea?
