I have a WinXp and when it doesn't accept connecting two USBs at the same time. If I connect, two external hardrives, one of them says "Delayed Write Failure..." or if I connect a USB printer, the printer gets the signal but the paper comes out white. Is the problem related to my motherboard? I have 7 USB on the my Desktop but all of them are like this. It just doesnt accept one USB at a time to work. I even formatted my computer but the problem still is there.

Sounds like the motherboard. Did you try doing a BIOS update? Did you install the chipset and other drivers after re-installing Windows?
