OCZ Value Series - Any Good?

Hi,

Would like an informed opinion of OCZ Value Series PC3200 C3.

Are they any good?

Will they run single channel on Nforce 2 boards ?
Will it run dual channel on a Nforce 2 board (NF7)?

Any actual experience with this stuff?

The price here is very good. I usually prefer Corsair Value but the price difference is enough to make me want to try it.
