I upgraded my laptop from a HDD to a SSD. Now when syncing my iphone to new itunes computer it want to completely erase everything. How do sync re-establish my sync without completely erasing my phone?

Did you back-up your itunes when moving over the the SSD? I 'think' that you need to backup your itunes and swap this over to the new SSD, toherwise your iphone will sync with what is on your pc now, which is nothing. Do you have an iCloud backup?
