How can I fix my car since the engine isn't starting? This statement is exactly what it looks like to a technician when trying to solve your problem, you gave us absolutely no information period. It is like telling something that your your having a problem with your car but not telling them anything else, come on man you need to give us at least some basic details.

What company made your laptop, what is the model number, what specific type of driver are you looking for, are you having problems with the device, what operating system are you using? Answer these questions or expect no help.
