Create blank desktop

Hello, I have just started working from home and am already finding that I am getting distracted and the computer icons for my games become too tempting.

Basically I want to have two logins - one for work with no games loaded and one with the games on. Is there any way of doing this? I am running win7 home premium

Programs are normally accessable for all users. If you create a new account, it will have it's own desktop and start menu. Just don't put any game icons on the desktop and you can always remove the games from the start menu too. The games will still be installed, just that you'll have no shortcuts to them.
