The Sager is the better choice for gaming. The GTX260M is a better card than the HD4670 and will run both COD and Fallout 3 (The Sager in my sig can run COD 4). The Sager is also cheaper to boot and the difference between the CPU's isn't so large that you will notice.

When you say run, does that mean just basic on low settings, or that it will run smooth on medium or higher?

For me? It runs at medium settings, but at a lower resolution. But I don't think you were asking about that :D

For the GTX260, playable at medium to high settings: http://www.notebookcheck.net/NVIDI [...] 559.0.html

last question on the Sager, if i had $ to upgrade, is it worth putting money into the procesor/system storage space, or will the base NP8662 work?

I think I would put the money into the CPU for longevity sake. HDD's are easy to find and upgrade even if it's just an external unit. CPUs aren't as easy to find. Intel is also releasing new processors which will make yours even harder to find.
