Creating files to pdf

Archived from groups: microsoft.public.windowsxp.general (More info?)

I am trying to convert files from .snp to .pdf. I have Adobe Professional.
When I right click a file, I can use "Convert to Adobe PDF" and change it.

I would like to perform this operation through vba automation and am assuming
that I should be able to write a shell command to handle this. How would I
do this ?
