After we joined the workstation to the new win2k3 active directory domain,
users cannot change the home page in Internet Explorer, this is affecting all
of the win2k clients and winxp clients. We don't have any policies in place.
If we log the workstation back to the local computer it will allow users to
change the home page. There is something that is preventing this from
happening from the domain controller.
Please help I hope there is a way to fix this.
