Do i need more cables with direct tv for my hd tv

Okay I have now bought a new Sony Bravia HDTV and do already have Direct TV. And so I know I need to call Direct and order a new HD receiver. But do I need to have the dish on my house replaced, and also run more wires to each TV that has a HD receiver?
