Just within the last few days, I found that I couldn't sync anything to my zune from the zune media player. I tried reinstalling the drivers, but Windows either couldnt do it or couldnt find the file, even after I redirected to the zune drivers file. I have already wiped my zunes firmware, and reinstalled the software, but nothing has helped. I tried looking for updates for the software but i get an error code (C00D11CD) that prevents me from continuing.

I am working on an hp laptop with vista 32bit

Does anyone have an answer?
