It's a socket AM2+/AM2. It doesn't list the Phenom II as being supported.

CPU Support

* Socket AM2+/AM2 (940 pins)
* AMD Phenom, Athlon 64 X2, Athlon 64, Sempron processors.
* Support HyperTransport 3.0 with backward compatibility to HyperTransport 1.0
* Warning: not all the above processors have been qualified by Packard Bell.
Please check with Support for valid replacement or upgrade CPUs

It's a 50/50 shot. Sometimes it will boot right up, and sometimes it won't. If it doesn't, you can boot off your OS disc, and do a windows repair.
