Altec Lansing FX6021 2.1 or Creative Inspire 5700 5.1

My computer speakers have failed and i am having a hard time deciding between these two systems (both are good deals on craiglist). I mostly listen to music, but i like the idea of possibly using the Creative Inspire 5700 system with a dvd player and tv for a home surround set-up. How does the Inspire 5700 compare to in 2.1 sound to the Altec Lansing FX6021 in SQ, because this is moslty what this system will be used for? The creative only uses small paper cones in the satellites so this concerns me. Some reviews say the FX6021 has weak bass , and i do enjoy bass. I can't decide! Also there is a logitech z-4 2.1 system on ebay that is going for about the same price, but i hear logitech is boomy and doesn't have as high SQ.
