hey everybody.
I am currently looking to buy/make a 30-40in. CRT monitor.
i can't seem to find any larger than 21in. anywhere.
if anyone knows where i can find one please tell...

or a book on how to make one?
i've already e-mailed several companies to see if i could get one custom-built.

any response would be greatly appreciated!

I don't think they built those unit, they were very few that I saw but only at the show, I don't even know if it were produce for consumers.

I didn't care check them at the time as it were so expensive even for a 30 inches.

Your best bet is a used electronic/computer store.

But if you're looking for CRT monitor for CCTV application then look at CCTV sites, they may have it unless they've all switch to LCD panels.

If you're looking to use for PC, Good Luck.

Biggest CRT monitor was the 24'' Sony 900. Probably the best computer monitor ever made (LCDs included). You won't find anything bigger than that. TVs went up to 32'' but you won't find them easily nowadays either.
