MN-700 simply n/g with shared drives & printers

Hi All,
I'm running an ethernet lan of 6 machines, all running
either XP-Pro or XP-Home editions. And, you guessed it -
all folder & printer shares worked _just fine before
installing the base station.

I have spent countless hours here and elsewhere trying to
restore my workgroup shared drives & printers since
installing this base station. Have tried:
- Opening all related TCP & UDP ports used by MS file &
printer sharing services on the base station.
- Even installed NetBIOS stack.

All to no avail. I see at least a few new posts here on
this topic each and every day.

I cannot justify spending any more time on this and am
about to just buy another ap that just works. Before I
throw this thing away, has anybody had a breakthrough?
