Well first you need to copy the clips to your computer. There you can arrange, edit the clips or do whatever. Then you need a blank DVD (CD) and you need to burn it on. There is software that does this, but I don't know what you are using or have so we can't help you much.

What kind of camera is it, and what kind of format are the video clips in, like what are their extensions when you view them in Windows explorer? Windows movie maker does an OK job, but i would look at a program like Premiere Elements by Adobe, that gives you more options to edit clips and burn the movies than i think Windows Movie Maker. At least give Premiere a trial and see how it works out for you.
