Is the square trade warranty worth it ? (ebay auction items)

Hey guys I just bought a new toy :

Product: IBM ThinkCentre M52 8212-1YU (Price paid was $125 and free shipping)

Operating system: Windows XP Professional (already loaded)

Original description: Intel® Pentium® 4 Processor 630 @ 3.0ghz with HT Technology, 1 gig ram, 80GB 7200RPM S-ATA HDD, PCI/PCIe Desktop (3x3), Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 950, 48x32x48x16x CD-RW/DVD, Intel Gigabit Ethernet, Windows XP Professional

I got it for the small form factor (easy to move around), and to use as a backup, kids, htpc or other future use that doesn't require bleeding edge technology.

Apparently its been refurbed, yeah right, and square trade is offering a 1 year warranty for $16 . Worth it ? Or should I pass ?

Btw, why is there no sub-category for IBM/Lenovo systems ?
