Optical, Wired Mouse with a Tilt-wheel (+ many buttons) for Gaming?

Seems like all the mice that have the features i'm looking for are laser mice.. When i say "optical" I dont mean laser though. Some use those terms interchangably.

so, my question is this:

What is a good gaming mouse that is wired, optical and has a wheel that tilts left/right for horizontal scrolling?

Oh and also has a lot of buttons that can be mapped or programmed?

I already have a G5 laser by logitech btw.. but i'm noticing skin problems so i wish to get another mouse that is optical to see about comparing the two.. To see if this problem lessens. Besides, i could use a spare for another computer.

I use to have an MX510 logitech that was really good (and was optical) for a long time and never had any problems.. and was thinking about going back to this but the wheel didn't tilt. I've come to be quite spoiled by this feature. I almost use the tilting in this current g5 mouse as much as the normal mouse keys. heh
