hi, half of my 14 month samsung HD LCD TV gose black after 10 mins of using

Sounds like the power supply to the illumination -- you can test this by shining a torch at the dark area -- if it's just the illumination the image should then be partly visible.

The fact that the TV is 14 months old (and perhaps outside the warranty period) should not affect you normal consumer rights.

Go back to your dealer and state that you need free repair, replace or a very high percentage of the purchase price refunded.
