Computer locks up and shuts down. Microsoft error message: "STOP 0x000000EA THREAD_STUCK_IN_DEVICE_DRIVER (Q293078)". As Microsoft suggested: I confirmed that I had the latest video card driver, and I decreased the Hardware Acceleration for the video adapte twice. Nothing has helped. Any suggestions, besides a trash can for this laptop....thanks
