More about 32bit program windows
  1. Could you give more details on the program? 32 bit programs should run just fine.

Also try right click and run in compatibility mode.
  2. I have never had any 32bit program or game that would not run on Windows 7 64bit.
    What program are you running?
  3. a 32bit program that fix on a floppy disk(1.44 MB). What the exact error message?
  4. Sounds like it's actually a 16bit program. which won't run (without an emulator) e.g. dos box
  5. if it still on floppy it big chance it still use 16 bit/dos.... (as aab said emulator is needed)

normally 32bit will run fine in win7 x64........

except very old program like yours, unfortunately....
