Windows Fonts - Mistral

On my old computer I had a font I used for my signature on images I printed
in Photoshop. I have a new computer now and the font doesn't show up in the
list of fonts in Windows. A google search shows the font for sale for 22.00.
I know I didn't buy the font previously. I'm thinking it might have come
with a program that I had installed on my old computer.

Does anyone have this font? Do you know how you got it? If it came with a
program I could see if I have the same program and could install it from
there.

I hadn't got around to installing Office on my new computer. Appreciate you
